Better check your schedule, stage two power cuts will resume at 9 pm on Friday.
This comes as Eskom battles to replenish emergency generation reserves.
The power cuts will continue until five on Saturday morning.
The embattled power utility’s breakdowns amount to nearly 15,000 megawatts while planned maintenance is over 5,000 megawatts.
Eskom says if the reserves don’t recover, we may be in for a dark weekend.
