The Amazulu Regent, Queen Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu’s remains will be taken to KwaZulu Natal.
A royal entourage is gathering at Milpark hospital where the Queen spent her last days.
The remains will be interred at a ceremony at the Kwakhangelamankengane Royal Palace in Nongoma.
