The Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) says it’s investigating an alleged incident involving a person wearing a traffic officer’s uniform.
In the video, the man can be seen assaulting a motorist.
The RTMC has denounced the incident.
Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula has also intervened.
