The rural districts of the Western Cape are becoming a cause for concern for health authorities as COVID numbers climb.
A lack of information and ignorance around the virus is leading to many not wanting the jab.
It is affecting areas like Kliprand, Swellendam, and Doringbaai.
The cluster outbreaks there have led to community leaders pleading with the government for a rapid response.
