South Africa is officially under lockdown for the next three weeks. The historical move is an attempt to curb the spread of the coronavirus in the country.
President Cyril Ramaphosa dressed in his military attire, addressed the armed forces before they started patrolling the country’s streets. The uniform is a symbol that the country is at war.
