Public Protector Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane has made scathing findings against some healthcare facilities in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and Mpumalanga.
The findings include systemic deficiencies, poor infrastructure, and dilapidated buildings.
Many of them have struggled with an unprecedented number of patients due to COVID-19.
