733 new COVID-19 cases, 56 more deaths recorded

The National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD) has reported 733 new COVID-19 cases.

They have also reported a further 56 COVID-19 related deaths.

The majority of new cases came from the Western Cape with 161 cases.

A total of 31,857 tests were conducted in the last 24hrs with 733 new cases, which represents a 2.3% positivity rate. A further 56 #COVID19 related deaths have been reported, bringing total fatalities to 88,562 to date. Read more here: https://t.co/mVqbLJvtio pic.twitter.com/AMVUsxZEx9
