Scope and general purpose of the job:
To maintain a healthy relationship with guests and staff.
Sound knowledge of APEX, PlusPoint, Guest Relations and Guest Expectations
To maintain organization, discipline and control in the execution of all tasks/duties in the department
To maintain guests and exceeding guest’s expectations
Mathematics and general accounting knowledge
Key Performance Areas:
Provide an ongoing and active Public Relations function with all guests
Communicate effectively with all guests, staff, working colleagues and hotel departments
Be aware of the season, the hotel occupancy and specials
Health, Safety & Security of the guests and work colleagues at all times
Sound Knowledge and experience of Hotel/Resort Reception

Organisation/ Time management – Must be able to plan time properly to ensure all projects are completed on time
Discipline – Must be willing and able to conduct disciplinary interventions and counselling’s with subordinate staff
Experience – At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a 4 – 5* Hotel
