Mo Shaik claims Gupta sabotage

Former spy boss Mo Shaik said he was shocked that within hours of speaking to former president Jacob Zuma about the job he was offered as ambassador to Japan, arrangements were made for him to leave.

Shaik says that he never told anyone but Zuma that he would have preferred to go to Canada.

He received a call from Jerry Matjila, who was then the director-general of the International Relations Department but declined the position.

Shaik’s been testifying at the State Capture Inquiry for the second day.

Tweeps are worried DJ Kabza De Small hasn’t been getting enough sleep. DJ Maphorisa posted a video of Kabza announcing where he’d be performing on Friday and according to tweeps, he looks exhausted.
