Former Bosasa COO, Angelo Agrizzi and former ANC MP Vincent Smith are expected to appear in court on Thursday morning.
Their case was postponed last month due to Agrizzi’s ill health.
Agrizzi is likely to be a no-show as he remains ill in hospital.
The two are embroiled in an R800,000 bribery scandal.
Smith is accused of receiving kickbacks from Agrizzi and Bosasa.
It is alleged Bosasa facilitated security upgrades to his home and transferred money to his personal bank account.
