The details of companies that received the government COVID-19 tenders have been published online.
It includes information from all provinces, national departments and over 70 public entities. Government said this is in line with a directive issued by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
He directed departments to submit full information on COVID-19 tenders to a ministerial team convened by Justice and Correctional Services Minister Ronald Lamola.
The directive follows outrage over a PPE tender scandal in Gauteng linking high-ranking ANC officials.
The fallout led to presidency spokesperson Khusela Diko and Gauteng Health MEC Bandile Masuku being placed on special leave of absence while investigations continue.
