Packaging Storeman is responsible for executing the receiving, issuing, counting, safeguarding and disposal of stock items.

Responsibilities

Receive, store, issue, return and dispose of packaging in a compliant and timely manner
Ensure high levels of housekeeping are maintained
Accept all deliveries of stock for the store, checking damages and ensure that everything ordered is present and accounted for.
Assist with stock counts to ensure reconciliation between records and actuals
Monitor the value of losses, damage or theft
Attend to expiring stock or aging stock
Required Qualifications

Matric
Valid Code EB driver’s license
Forklift license would be advantageous
2 years experience in a FMCG environment
Knowledge of stock control principles and tools
Computer literacy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience: FMCG environment: 2 years (Preferred)
Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
