We bet you did know the story behind three of Mzansi’s well-known celebrities Lira, Mpho Letsholonyane, and the Naked DJ.
Well, the trio grew up in Daveyton and went to the same high school, Wordsworth High round about the same time in the late 90s in Benoni.
All of them have gone on and became trailblazers in their careers.
Lira, is now an internationally acclaimed musician who has won various and many other Awards in her glittering career.
The Naked DJ is also popular in Mzansi’s party scene and radio networks.
Mpho is a renowned sports broadcaster and presenter and she is very popular in the Mzansi sports scene.
What they have in common is that they have the Wordsworth High on the map and continue to inspire kids from the East Rand area.

Despite the ongoing pandemic crisis, June was for sure still the fitness bunny, Sbahle Mpisane‘s special month as she got to celebrate her 27th year on the 18th of June. On the day, she had nothing much to say but just captioned, ‘18 JUNE 1993‘.
As her birthday month comes to an end, she has shared a little clip on Instagram of herself doing a little twerk in slow motion. It is a video which she has said to bid farewell to the month of June. continue reading
