South Africa’s COVID-19 infections have increased by 3,751. This brings the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country to 1,466,767.
The Department of Health has reported 261 more coronavirus related deaths in the last 24 hours.
That brings the total number of confirmed deaths in South Africa to 45,605. There are 93,976 active cases.
The country’s recovery rate now stands at 1,327,186, representing a recovery rate of 90.5-percent.
