Former ANC MP Vincent Smith’s assets restrained

The High Court has ordered that the assets of former ANC MP Vincent Smith be restrained.

The assets are valued at R46-million. Smith and Angelo Agrizzi are facing fraud and corruption charges relating to Bosasa gifts of R800,000.
