Responsibilities:
Switchboard / Reception Duty.
Liaison with Clients on Insurance Claims.
Make appointments to Inspect damages.
Registration of Claims.
Deal with Clients on e-mail enquiries etc.
Contact with Clients.
Liaise with Insurer / Advisors.
Ensure good working relationship with all parties involved.
Daily Attendance Register update for workers – Sign-in on arrival.
Claims – Job Card.
Claims – Job Costing.
Copies of All Receipts/Slips for purchases to be kept in Client’s Folder (Work / Claims in Progress)
Original Copies for slips in safekeeping for Auditor (Cashbook entries) for Monthly Capture.
Order of Bins for Rubble Removal on request.
Capture of Expenses/Payments to Pastel/Sage.
Upkeep of Log Sheet for Official Vehicles.
Upkeep of Salary Sheet for Friday wages to be paid.
Acknowledgment forms for Sub-Contractor Loans and or wages.
Requirements:
Must be fully computer literate.
Able to handle pressure and think on your feet.
Fluent in English.
Able to work independently.
Reliable
