Duties and Responsibilities
Professional answering of the switchboard.
Welcoming and assisting Guests/Suppliers arriving at the office in a friendly manner.
Managing Reception – Courier Companies – stationery and Metro File control
Updating contacts/addresses/notes/itineraries, as requested.
Updating staff birthday list and ensuring it is updated on Compass. E-mail to business to wish every Staff member a happy birthday.
Having a company birthday card signed by the divisions respective Managing Director for every Staff member. To be given to Staff with birthday chocolate.
Keeping filing current and accurately filed.
Reconfirming of services and issuing vouchers.
Producing documentation and itineraries.
Focus on delivering excellence in customer service to Clients
Stationary stock control and orders for business.
Managing meeting rooms
Experience, Qualifications & Skills required:
Matric (Non-negotiable)
Minimum of 2 years experience
Practical switchboard answering and Receptionist duties.
Good knowledge and practical computer skills such as Excel/MS Office/Explorer or similar programmes.
Excellent communication skills.
Office/Administration work (filing/typing). Apply Now
