KwaZulu-Natal: At 23H16 Thursday night Netcare 911 responded to reports of a shooting on Ngongoni Road in P-section Umlazi South of Durban.
Reports from the scene indicate that two adult males alleged by authorities on scene to be suspects all between the ages of 20 and 30 had sustained multiple gunshot wounds in an alleged hijacking.
Medics assessed the scene and found that both males had sustained moderate injuries and required Advanced Life Support intervention to stabilise them.
Once treated and stabilised the patients were transported by Netcare 911 ambulance as well as government ambulance to government hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene.
