A 15-year-old pupil who allegedly stabbed another teenager to death at school, has been arrested.
The two Grade 8 pupils were allegedly involved in a fight outside a classroom at the Pholoso Secondary School in Alexandra on Monday.
The stabbing is said to have happened while the school’s disciplinary committee was dealing with a fight involving three other pupils.
Gauteng Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi will visit the school and the family of the teenager who died.
A team of therapists will also be sent to the school.
The boy will appear in court on Wednesday.
