resident Cyril Ramaphosa said the Home Affairs department must never be a home of corruption on Friday.
He engaged with the department’s senior officials at its head office in Pretoria, in an attempt to speed up the visa process.

This is after the ANC NEC resolved to ease visa regulations to bolster tourism and the economy.
“This was told to me by the President of China who said, improve your visas regime and security and many Chinese will come as tourists to South Africa and many other leaders have said the same thing,” Ramaphosa said.
