Educational Requirements.
Matric or Grade 11
Key Results Areas include:
Represent the customer to the rest of the business – Customer Advocate
Handle client queries and other inquiries
Assisting clients with queries
Resolving complaints
Updating clients information
Experience is No a Must. Job Training will be Conducted.
