Pan-African Parliament to elect new leadership in October

The Pan African Parliament has once again been postponed after more scuffles broke out.

The PAP will now elect new leadership in October.

On Tuesday, the election was also postponed after chaos erupted when members argued against rotational leadership.

The South African delegation wants changes and is demanding the election be on a rotational basis.
