SA can strengthen fight against HIV – President Cyril Ramaphosa

President Cyril Ramaphosa believes South Africa can strengthen its fight against HIV.

In his weekly newsletter, he is upbeat about the public health response to the COVID-19 pandemic. World Aids Day will be on Tuesday.

President Cyril RamaphosaDeputy President David Mabuza, in his capacity as chair of the SA National Aids Council, will lead a national commemorative event.

Ramaphosa also emphasised the need to increase medical circumcisions to reduce the risk of HIV.
